Fork and Function

Fork & Function meal options are updated weekly with 8 - 10 different meals options offered each week.  Fork & Function offers many meal options that appeal to dietary restrictions and concerns.  Meals can be filtered by vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and low sodium.  Meals are made from fresh ingredients and can be warmed in the microwave in 2-3 minutes.  All orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight for Tuesday pick-up or delivery.

• 4 individual meals for $52.00 ($13/meal)
• 6 individual meals for $75.00 ($12.50/meal)

ProCare has partnered with Fork & Function to offer catering and event design services for ProCare Members. Fork and Function caters and styles niche events and intimate celebrations, providing a full-service approach to your celebration needs by combining catering with creative design and styling services. Fork and Function loves to create one-of-a-kind events, hosting events for casual gatherings, dinner parties, baby showers, and more! All packages and menus are designed with intimate celebrations in mind, but larger parties and events can be accommodated, and all packages and menus can be customized.

1. Fork & Function releases a new menu every Friday. The menu is live for you to choose from the whole week, and the menu expires at 11:59 pm every Thursday.
2. Select your entree and/or cafe menu items and your drop off location.  Pay using credit/debit card.
3. Meals are delivered to the ProCare service desks at Methodist Main Entrance, IU AOC Main Entrance, and Riley Outpatient Center Tueday's each week.  ProCare will contact you on Monday or Tuesday for delivery or pick-up arrangements and will store your food in the meantime.

ProCare Delivery/Pick-up Locations (Fork & Function website)

1. Select the delivery location (Methodist , University , or ROC main entrances).  
2. Fairbanks Hall and Path Lab employees: select a pick-up location thats most convenient for you (Methodist , University , or ROC main entrances).
3. Gateway employees must select Methodist as their drop off location. Please call the Methodist concierge (317.962.9121) in advance before picking up your meals.
